Dear youth, colleagues and partners, 

The League of Arab States in partnership with the Council of Europe are launching a long term training course entitled "Euro–Arab training course for cooperation youth projects through non formal learning" aiming at developing the capacity of youth organizations active in Euro-Arab cooperation, in the areas of non-formal learning, youth policies and intercultural dialogue.

The LTTC will be implemented between 2010-2011 including 4 phases: 

• Phase 1 – Introduction and preparation of the participants - the Internet (November) 

• Phase 2 - Initial Residential Seminar: 5-13 December 2010 (5^th = arrivals and 13^th = departures), European Youth Centre Strasbourg, Franc

• Phase 3 - Project development and implementation: December 2010 - September 2011 - Participants’ countries and the Internet

• Phase 4 - Evaluation and consolidation seminar: Second half of November 2011, to be held in a country member of the League of Arab States (probably a Gulf country – to be confirmed).

During the course, each participant will have to develop a concrete project to be implemented with young people. Therefore, the commitment to attend and work in the 4 phases of the project is a must in order to consider your application form.  This should be proved by profiding a supporting letter from your sending organizations.
